UPDATE on September 17, 2026: I have other women on this list that are suspected to be Horsch victims, but I did not list them all here. I will probably do an updated article soon. August 14, 2026 Raymond Charles Horsch (also known as RC Horsch) and his son, Eugene Horsch, have been circulating in the media in the last couple of months, as they are tied to multiple missing women cases. The media has been presenting this case as if RC Horsch was just recently brought to law enforcement's attention, but that is not the case. I, the founder of Underground Mysteries, had connected the dots to RC Horsch years ago. However, a search warrant was apparently not obtained at the time. For background, I have dedicated years of my life to searching for missing people and have located hundreds of missing people across the USA and other countries, as well as identifying many unidentified people. I also run a forensic company, Doe Naming, that aids in the identification of unidentified remains, and I run an unreported missing person database. My Underground Mysteries Facebook page can be found here. I use a mixture of modern technology and my own innovative technology that I created that even law enforcement may not be privy to. I believe this is how I have located so many missing people, many of whom were from Philadelphia. I started looking into NJ cold cases many years ago (since I live in Southern NJ) and put them all on a NJ missing persons map.  I eventually branched off into Philadelphia, PA cases by about 2005. Eventually, I noticed more people in the area were going missing at an alarming speed. I then identified a cluster group of women who shared commonalities that couldn’t be ignored. My intention was always to search for them alive, and I was not expecting to uncover something of this nature. I alerted law enforcement about RC Horsch in 2024 after finding a distressing photo of Amy McHale on his website — not any of the photos that are found in the current online media. I believe the photo was taken around the time of her disappearance. He was the last person to see her. I then started researching RC Horsch and found disturbing claims he made online. I also did several background reports on him and found multiple missing women tied to his physical home address. I also found many other "red flags." I researched him heavily and gathered whatever information I could. I sent the photo and other alarming facts about RC Horsch to law enforcement in 2024, including RC's own public confessions of being a serial killer. What I stumbled across was very alarming: a man who was a self-proclaimed psychopathic, sadistic serial killer and counterfeiter who "targets Kensington prostitutes" and makes documentaries, books, and videos on his crimes. He publicly claimed to overdose and strangle his victims. He also suggested in his writings that after he passes away, law enforcement would uncover truths about him. I connected the dots to Amy McHale and RC Horsch long before it was in the news. After I alerted the detective, the detective questioned RC in 2024 (or prior); however, RC denied involvement in Amy's disappearance and stated that his works were "fictional." I also stated that I strongly suspected he should be looked into thoroughly and that I believed others could be tied to his case. I also subsequently sent authorities the names of many missing women whom had evidence of being tied to RC Horsch. I also connected the dots to another man, whom I alerted law enforcement about in 2023, whose name I have not yet publicly released. The man in question is tied to both Maribel Fresses and Katherine Demianczyk. Maribel Fresses went missing around the same time as Katherine Demianczyk. They both hung out in the same circles and were a part of the Needle Prevention Point. Maribel and Katherine shared a very important common denominator: this [undisclosed] man who they were reportedly seen with around the time of their disappearances. This is not a ‘theory’ but an actual piece of evidence. This man had connection to RC Horsch’s contact and drove the women around. Law enforcement officers were able to find evidence that suggests that Maribel Fresses was a victim of RC Horsch or his son. This evidence involves post-mortem material that was on RC Horsch’s hard drive. Before the recent news articles that surfaced yesterday, August 13, 2026, there were no other news articles on Maribel besides the one that I had written for Underground Mysteries. I had dedicated extensive time to researching her case. So, how does this relate to the Horsch duo? I had already suspected Horsch to be a possible perpetrator in Katherine Demianczyk's disappearance, and because Katherine and Maribel shared the other common denominator — the aforementioned undisclosed-named man — I had already theorized that both could have been victims of Horsch. I also found other evidence pointing to Horsch. My tips were unfortunately treated as ‘theories’ at the time. One by one, these cases have been coming to light as them being victims (except for Rebecca, Nicole, Katie, as of yet)… the ones that I had already alerted authorities about.  (UPDATE: Even Nicole is now listed as a victim. Nicole is another one whom I immediately told authorities about.) Stumbling upon Horsch's documentaries, websites, books, and videos, though, was enough in 2024 for me to suspect him of foul play, especially considering how he mentioned targeting Kensington women and had what appeared to be graphic, disturbing photos of women. In 2024, I drew links to the following people, whom I reported to police through tip lines and other means. I also reported this information to detectives recently. I suspected Blair Tonzelli could have been a victim based on the fact that I found a shared address between her and RC Horsch, which showed up on a basic background report I ran. I suspected Krista Killen, now deceased, may have been harmed by Horsch. I found evidence in 2024 of her name being tied to their Chew Street home in the Olney section of Philadelphia. I suspected that Katherine Demianczyk could have had ties to Horsch based on other undisclosed findings. I suspected that Maribel Fresses could have had ties to Horsch based on her connection and similarities to Katherine Demianczyk and their shared mutual contact. I suspected Amy McHale simply due to the distressing photo that RC Horsch took and put in his video, and because she was married to him. I suspected Rebecca Wilson, a woman who went missing in Kensington who has not gotten a proper missing person report, due to her sharing similar circumstances, a geographical-location connection, common-denominator friends in the community, and other common factors. I suspected Nicole Fusaro based on shared circumstances, geographical-location connection, and more. I also found that Corrine Pena's name was connected to the Olney residence. Corrine was killed by Horsch, but she was a victim in other ways before her death. I also identified many people in his photos/videos in the last two years. I made my own computer program to help me do it. In 2022, I identified an unidentified Jane Doe in Philadelphia who was unidentified or a few years. Her cause of death was unknown. She was found in a body of water. She was also a female from Kensington who was prostituting. One of the methods that RC Horsch claimed he used to kill people was strangulation and overdosing. I also suspect other missing Philadelphia women, and some New Jersey women, whose names I have not listed here. I spent the most time on Katherine Demianczyk's case out of all the aforementioned cases. I also have extensive notes on RC Horsch that I compiled years ago. A lot of the information that was available online years ago is not the same as what is available today; many of Horsch's websites are now defunct. I have a list of his old emails, numbers, and much more. I have fully re-created Katherine's timeline and honed in on her last known whereabouts. I was able to find social media activity after her "known" disappearance date, but I do not know whether the activity was from her or someone who had her mobile device. I also put together many documents that highlight the people in Katherine's life. I do not say outright that I believe she is a Horsch victim, but rather that there is a strong possibility of it. The trail of Katherine, Nicole, Amy, Maribel, Rebecca, and Blair seems to point to RC Horsch. I have also been helping advocate for Nicole Fusaro, who was also last seen in Philadelphia. (Update: She is presumed deceased, as a video of her being killed was found in Horsch’s digital archive.) Even though I alerted authorities, a search warrant could not be obtained. I individually put tips in on each missing woman in connection to Horsch, or based on possible suspicions that they were connected to him, but that was not enough to get a search warrant. I sent authorities extensive information on Horsch, highlighting even information that is not available on the web in the present day. So, when RC Horsch came out in the news as if it were all new information, it had actually been brought forth years ago. Police knew about him and his crimes, as I had told them about his past criminal history, public confessions, books, and more. However, it was not enough to render him as a suspect. RC Horsch is now deceased, but law enforcement is looking to speak to anyone who has had interactions with him or his son, Eugene Horsch, so that they can put together a timeline of their whereabouts and collect any information that could help them solve additional missing person cases. They can be reached at 215-686-3334.
